CANCELLATION POLICY

All deposits are non refundable. There will be a cancellation fee of 100 percent for no shows appointments. you will be charged the remaining difference from your deposit if you don’t reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. You will be allowed a 1 time courtesy reschedule where your deposit will follow you . after that you will have to schedule a new appointment with a new deposit . Late fees will also be enforced beginning December 1, 2025 . Any appointments 15 minutes late or longer will have a late fee added to your total or you may be asked to reschedule after 30 minutes late and pay a new deposit.
